1. Why do you need to pay?

Some of our partners charge a recovery fee. This is explained by the fact that the search process requires a human mobilization (to recover your item, adding your item on the platform, authenticate the owner, customer service …) and logistics (storage of your item, packaging and delivery ), in order to give back a lost property to its owner. This generates a cost: it is a part of it that you are asked to pay when returning your property.
We take this type of issue very seriously and make every effort to ensure that we give you an answer as soon as possible.

2. Is there always a fee to pay with Troov ?

No, Troov is a free service. You only pay in a few partner location and only if your item is found. Do not worry it is always indicated when it’s a paid service.
