Am I receiving e-mail notifications?

  • You will receive several emails from Troov:
  1. A confirmation of your reservation with all the information and an invitation to add to your agenda. This email must be presented when you arrive in store.
  2. A notification if your appointment is canceled by the store. In this case take up a new slot.
  3. A reminder before your appointment

What is the QR code for?

  • The QR code is used for identification at the entrance to stores.
    Be prepared to present it in case you are asked before entering and set your phone’s brightness to maximum otherwise you can also print the email.

Do I receive a reminder a few days or hours before my arrival in store?

  • A reminder email is sent to you 2-3 hours before your appointment. You can also use the invitation in the confirmation email to add it to your diary. Too practical, isn’t it?
