How to recover a lost object
Troov is the official solution used by BAB2 to return your lost items to you. Have you lost an item at BAB2? Do not wait to report your loss on Troov. If an item found by the BAB2 teams matches you receive a match. You will then have to prove that it is your item by providing as much information as possible. As soon as you are identified as the owner of the item, you will receive a notification explaining the procedure for retrieving your item

- Bring all necessary information to guarantee your identification as the owner of the item
