How can I be sure that my appointment has been taken into account by the store?
- To be sure that the store has taken your reservation into account check your e-mails (SPAMs included), a validation has been sent to you or connect to your online space available here with your email and password to see if it appears in your account.
Is the Troov email sufficient to justify my trip to the Police?
- At no time can the validation email justify your trip to the police.
You must download your certificate directly from the government website: https://media.interieur.gouv.fr/deplacement-covid-19/
Do I have to bring an ID on the day of my reservation in store?
- We invite you to present yourself with an identity card to be sure you can enter the store.
- Prepare to present your confirmation email and QR code before your arrival in store
